justingrant: Yeah, you can simply ping @tc39/ecma262-editors on a tracking issue. Personally, I prefer to review as a PR against tc39/ecma262 (you're going to have to open one eventually anyway), but that's not necessary.
FYI, I tagged the editors in a tracking issue here: https://github.com/tc39/proposal-canonical-tz/issues/37. Sorry for the spam in this channel; hopefully the permissions issue will be resolved in the editors' channel soon so I can post questions there next time. Thanks!
