If we had Parameter Decorators, we might be able to do something like this:

Thank you all for contributing agenda items. We are now a bit over capacity. We have 17+ hours of content compared to 15.5 hours of capacity. Our goal is to not exceed the stated start and end times so folks can plan their day.

Often we get through things a bit more quickly than planned, but some of the naturally lower priority items are likely to overflow.

If you think you may have over-sized your items, please consider decreasing their time boxes by sending PRs to the agenda.

Equally, if you believe your item could skip this meeting and you are happy to defer it, you are welcome to mark it as Low Priority on the agenda to push it down the priority queue. This is all voluntary.
