Does anyone know if the current plan is to remove the Julian=>Gregorian gap in the japanese, roc, and buddhist calendars before the release of Temporal in V8? See https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1173158

I'm asking because I'm working on a PR for the Temporal docs that discusses how to handle calendars with gaps (like the Julian=>Gregorian transition). If the long-term plan is to retain use of Julian for these calendars, then it'd be good to include this info in the docs. If not, then it'd be good to fix that issue before Temporal is widely available.

I'm really interested in adding Intl.LocaleMatcher which has been sitting at Stage 1 for a long time now. It looks like it needs a spec, and I'd be happy to pick up that work. I've never done anything with ECMA-402 though so I don't know how the process is different if at all. Long Ho would you still be interested in championing it?
