it might, altho ModuleSource could be polyfilled to detect TLA in an engine that doesn’t support module blocks, but polyfilling eval itself isn’t an option (or a good idea even if it were)

yeah, it still sounds to me like, for feature testing, the utility is mostly "if this feature ships before module blocks in any engine"
