the scheduling this year is done in half-days — 4 hour sessions rather than 8 hours or whatever it normally is — I guess in order to accommodate it being a “hybrid” thing where we expect many participants will be taking part remotely (and experience shows it’s impractical to expect hybrid meetings to actually work effectively if they are any longer than 4 hours or so max)
