zcorpan: Where do you stand on this now? https://github.com/w3c/mathml-core/issues/142 ? I really wish that we had people from the browsers in the WG, core meets only once a month and not even every month - probably 10 meetings a year

<bkardell>
there's one next monday, if you want to come

<bkardell>
this is the one thing that is relevant to a lot - we had to drop it from level 1, but it would be so great to just sort it out once and for all

<bkardell>
great, hope you can join that... if not, I'm happy to do a 1:1 (or whomever from here wants to join) call whenever

Ah that is a somewhat awkward time for me, but I'll consider it.

Jake Archibald, Lea Verou : would love your input on https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/11669 in terms of DX/API design when you get a chance.
Specifically around using before/after (splice) as the default way to only partially replace children, as opposed to inserting.
(I think the proposals in https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/10122 has better DX in isolation, but it would mean having 8 HTML setter methods because of all the permutations...)
