Have progressed to my next incubator call setup question: How do I create a calendar event with a videocall link for it? Can I create the event on my own calendar, and then invite the TC39 public & private calendars to it along with the Doodle poll participants, or would that mess something up?
no, you'll need someone with edit access to the calendar to do it

On a somewhat related note, it looks like the only public place that I could find pointing at the public calendar is still this how-we-work issue comment. So I guess it's not very public yet?
yes, it's on our list.. we were hoping to get some more events added to the public calendar first; as it stands we would be publicizing a mostly blank calendar. (only module harmony appears on it.) movement on the public calendar issues has been slow. in any case, we will make it more visible very soon.
